Genotype begins focusing on the preservation and purification of the rat race and brand, steering away from its original medical focus. A flaw in the Rat species’ coding and anti-mutt protocol threatens to muddle all the various breeds of rat into a homogeneous single species. With Genotype’s assistance, over several decades they selectively refine their breed into the current RAT image, black fur, red eyes, steely grey accents.
Genotype becomes associated with, and soon dominated by, the Rat species.
