Speculation: There is no mention of Pulse during the period around the Whisper Recession, although Pulse doesn’t get much coverage in the color text of the main books. Still, the absence of Sol’s Pep Squad during what is arguably the darkest time in Sol’s history may be worth a mention in a conspiratorial or Pulse/ASR focused game.
