Parked in orbit more or less parallel to Ganymede, the Nephalim Mana Platform is a gas collection array that provides fuel to most of Sol. Officially neutral, but owned by MarsCo and a stable and long-term operation.

A long-standing fixture in orbit around Jupiter, and well worth a visit, if only for the view. And the low fuel prices.
